True 15 minute soondubu (soft tofu soup) with these @bcdtofuhouse tofu kits! So fast and easy really 🤗 if you want it spicier then add Gochugaru (red pepper flakes). These are the ‘medium hot,‘ and I would say the spice level is a 1 out of 5! - I used 2 bcd kits, handful of zucchini, king oyster mushroom (you can add any veggies), one pack of beef bone broth (500mL), 4 huge 🦐 (you can do any protein), top with egg and enoki mushrooms! 🍄‍🟫 #koreanfood #korean #bcd #bcdtofuhouse #koreanrecipe
