About two-thirds of the food children eat each day is ultra-processed - and it's damaging their health. That's the warning from the British Medical Association. It says ultra-processed foods - which are industrially produced and contain ingredients you wouldn't have at home, like emulsifiers and colourings - are contributing to rising levels of obesity across all ages.
