The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) has issued a statement after a bright orange ‘substance’ was spotted floating in a pond in Glasgow. Video footage taken at Knightswood Park on Thursday, September 25, shows what appears to be an orange liquid filtering into the pond. Residents took to social media to voice their concerns that the ‘substance’ could potentially be a pollutant. | Glasgow Times
