Canadian criminologist helps create algorithm to catch serial killers
One of the questions being asked at Bruce McArthur's sentencing hearing is how to honour the victims by ensuring this never happens again. As Jeff Semple reports, a Canadian university professor and former cop has helped create a computer algorithm to track down serial killers.
