The Arrogant BBQ have opened their new restaurant on Bridewell Alley in Norwich serving up Texas style BBQ dishes. I went along at the weekend to try their Mixed Smoked Meat Tray. The tray costs £27 and includes Sliced brisket, Sticky honey BBQ pork belly bites, Smoked hog brioche, Mac & cheese, Smokey arrogant slaw and Smoked chicken wings with your choice of sauce.
