Issue No. 12 Feature • The North America Series • Video Feature • Perched atop a knoll situated inside a historical working cattle ranch on the central California coastline, Off-Grid Residence is the work of Santa Barbara-based studio @anacapa_architecture and co-designer Willson Design. The site is vast and has sweeping vistas of the ocean and rolling hills, with the home sitting along a steep ridge and its twin volumes divided in a way that would afford views at both levels.
