I made sourdough bread 🥹 First time making sourdough bread and aside from it taking all day to actually bake, I think this boosted my confidence! Any and all tips are welcome for bread making including recipes you love! . . After letting it rest I baked covered for 20 min at 450°. Uncovered and baked for another 10.
