There was a person with a gun and 10-1 at 111th Marshfield. 10-1 is the 10 code used by CPD indicating an officer urgently needs assistance and is a police emergency. All available units are expected to respond. Beat 631 was on their way but was stopped by Commander Michael Tate (Beat 600) 631 replies "so don't go to a 10-1, got it" 600 then instructs 631 to see him in his office.
