Behind the back body drag curls - this is an interesting combination of stretch position exercise and hard contraction for the biceps. You'll need to set your back against an upright or post so that your elbows can track up and behind your body...a wall won't work. Grip the bar behind you then lean against the post, then move your feet out to get an inclined angle on your torso.
