Autumn Royalty Encore Azaleas are our favorite for option for long lasting blooms. Plant Azaleas in an area with sunlight in the morning and partial shade in the afternoon. Azaleas prefer slightly acidic soil but are adaptable to all soil types as long as they are well-draining. Encore azaleas cost more because they are patented and a royalty is paid on each plant…..BUT these beauties are worth it for the year round blooms.
