⌛ Excellent time-lapse view from the City of South Haven webcam today (8/16) as an arcus cloud (the same cloud family that includes shelf clouds) pushes harmlessly ashore from Lake Michigan. These type of arcus clouds are often associated with gust fronts that are generated by rain-cooled air and pushed away from distant storms. | Great Lakes Weather & Climate
