This tutorial demonstrates how to create a 3-point American bustle using 3 hooks and 3 thread eyes. To locate the hooks, lift the outer layer of tulle. You’ll see one at the center seam and the other two on either side. Each hook attaches directly upward to its respective thread eye. The center hook connects between the two lowest buttons, while the other two are located a few inches below the waistline. Additionally, you’ll need to unsnap the floating snap that connects the lining to the tulle
