How sad that eating exclusively leaves or a “balanced” diet is now more acceptable than eating meat and butter… 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve tried the vegan diet as well as an “everything in moderation” diet and both have left me sicker, more tired, and bloated. 🤷🏻‍♀️ So I’ll stick to what works: meat and butter has brought back my period, healed my cystic acne, rosacea, eczema, and psoriasis and I feel amazing. 🥩👍 Have you improved your health with meat?
