Sow：先做真实、有深度的工作。你要长期研究一个问题，做实验，试不同方案，积累别人没有的细节。2. Reap：再把这些经验讲成一个有用的故事。不是写“我们做了 X”，而是写“这里有一个你可能需要的经验，它来自我们做 X 的过程”。Thariq 提炼的有价值的方法：1. 好文章往往来自长时间积累，而不是短时间写作。他举了 Claude Code 里 “Ask User Question Tool” 的例子。文章可能两天写完，但背后的功能、实验和理解用了一个多月到两个月。文章能传播，不是因为写得巧，而是因为背后的工作本身有价值。2. 要讲“经验”，不要只讲“项目”。“How we built X” 通常不如 “A
