I always used Royal Icing to write on my cookies. But today when I did not have any on my hand, I decided to experiment with ‘White Chocolate ganache’. I absolutely fell in love with the flow! It was a stiff white chocolate ganache that I mixed with small quantity of butter to bring it to piping consistency and began writing pretty effortlessly.
