After segmentation, volume ratio of Ni, BaTiO3, and void regions turned out approximately 29 %, 69 %, and 2 %, respectively. UVD images depicted phosphors as white particles while resin as black background. 3D reconstruction using an image processing software, Image-Pro, revealed phosphor shape, size, and distribution.
