This whole week I've been talking about doing hard things. I've shared examples of people who committed themselves to doing hard things and the amazing feats they have reached. However, one thing I have not yet shared is how you do hard things. It starts with fostering a mindset of being self determined. The path of doing hard things is often very lonely.
