one of my all time favs~ recipe: rice paper ofood glass noodles carrots cucumbers lettuce thai basil shrimp, cooked and sliced peanut hoisin sauce: 3 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp hoisin sauce a splash of rice vinegar 1–2 tbsp hot water (to thin to your liking) optional: a pinch of sugar for balance and a bit of chili crisp or sriracha if you want heat instructions: cook the glass noodles according to the package, then rinse under cold water so they stay springy. prep all your veggies into thin stri
