HOW TO SET IT UP ⤵️ 1️⃣ Download the Shortcuts app from the App Store if you don’t already have it. 2️⃣ Open the app and tap “Automations” at the bottom. 3️⃣ Tap the “ ” sign to create a new automation. 4️⃣ Select “Time of Day” and choose how often you want the reminder (daily, weekly, monthly). 5️⃣ Tap “Run Immediately” and toggle on “Notify When Run”, then click Next. 6️⃣ Search for “Send Message” or find it under “Get Started.” 7️⃣ Type in a message OR leave it blank so you can personalize it
