We pound the breadfruit using a Po and a Nif. Nif is the brown wood used to pound on top of, I’ve forgotten what tree it comes from. And the Po is the one used to pound the breadfruit itself. The Po comes from the ocean, which is live or dead coral harvested & crafted into the shape it is currently holding. We
