Smith Machine Bench Press - One of the most common mistakes is poor set up and awareness. A checklist should be: bench centred properly, bar path aligned with mid/low pec, wrist and elbows stacked the entire time, chest up the entire time, full range - as deep as possible. Control every rep and eccentric. Note: if you have an angled smith, make sure you are set up with the angle/bar (as you press) moving slightly over top towards your face. | Petermiljak
