Today is Uncommon Instrument Awareness Day! 🪗🪘 Whether it's a theremin, a musical saw, an octobass, or our nearly century-old orchestrion, MIM is home to a vast collection of instruments, many of which can be considered quite rare! Enjoy this video of the Stick, an instrument first pioneered by Emmett Chapman in the late 1960s. This unique invention combines elements of the piano, guitar, bass, and drums. You can find a Stick and many other "uncommon" instruments on display when you visit MIM!
