This last weekend Tyler and I went to see some friends who know I’m chronically ill, but they don’t know the specifics of my chronic illness. So, when I stood up after bending over too long and experienced a presyncope episode, our one friend got worried and assumed I was low blood sugar. Do you have this POTS syndrome? Postural Orthostatic tacycardia syndrome, which means your heart rate uncontrollably spike/ drop because of posistion change. Spike of hear rate in a uncontrollable manner in different position could lead to anxiety, panic attack, reduce blood flow to the brain.
