Matcha is such a fun flavor, and I finally got around to making a cake inspired by it! This cake has alternating layers of chocolate and matcha cake, and is frosted with a matcha buttercream. I will note that I don't sift the dry ingredients of the cake batter in this video, but I do recommend doing so if you want to recreate this recipe.
